ZDBZ-600 automatic packaging system is composed of our company's quantitative weighing system, automatic bag feeding and loading device, automatic bag clamping device, automatic bag moving machine, belt conveyor, automatic sewing machine and so on.

The entire set of equipment from material weighing, unloading, bag removal, bag clamping, bag moving, labeling, sewing and other actions are all automatically controlled. The staff only needs to arrange the packaging bags and labels and place them in the designated location of the device. The work is simple and easy, and one person can monitor several sets of equipment at the same tSpecification

The full automatic bagging stitching machine included the weighing machine, unloading machine , bag removal machine, bag clamping device, bag moving machine , labeling machine, sewing machine and other actions.

Whole set are controlled by the PLC system and full touch screen panel(HMI), it's full automatic, no need worker placing the empty bags.
